Entertaining Made Easy!
Foie gras and French charcuterie are perfect for
entertaining–elegant, easy to serve, and always a crowd pleaser.
Your special occasion will be one to remember when you serve delicious
pâtés, mousses, and rillettes, and silky, decadent foie gras.
We’ve made some suggestions for party menus,
based on the size of your group, assuming your event is scheduled
at a meal time. If you are serving a “snack” you may
want to reduce the quantity.
Pâtés, mousses, terrines, or rillettes
may be served whole on platters with bread or crackers on the side,
or you may serve them already spread on the bread or crackers. As
an alternative, you might serve everything but the foie gras on
a buffet for self service, and pass the foie gras pre-spread on
crostini or bread, either plain or with a dab of chutney, shallots
confit, or other savory/sweet sauce.
