Hudson Valley Fresh Foie Gras Grade B, raw

Hudson Valley's Grade B foie gras is perfect for searing or other high heat preparations where the slight imperfections will not be noticeable. This is a very fine product at a good value. Weight of product will not be less than 2 lbs and may be up to 15% larger.

Sear and serve with truffles, fruit compote, or drizzle with soy-honey reduction.

Lasts one week in the refrigerator (33° F). This product does not contain pork or dairy products.
