Flash frozen Hudson Valley foie gras portioned into sixteen 2 oz pieces. Each piece is individually shrink wrapped and comes in a resealable plastic bag allowing usage on an as-needed basis. Overnight shipping recommended.

Ideal for searing. Serve with braised fennel and cracked black pepper carmel sauce, sour cherry wine reduction, or any one of the hundreds of ways to enjoy foie gras.

Lasts up to 6 months in the freezer if returned to the freezer immedidately upon receipt. Overnight shipping is recommended if returning to the freezer. Product will likely arrive partially thawed if shipped overnight and totally thawed if shipped 2-day. Product can also be refrigerated and used within one week to ten days.
