Join us at The Flavor Studio for an interesting and delicious tasting of five premium Pinot Noir wines, all from different regions in the world. Notice the differences terroir makes, as well as winemaker styles ranging from light to full bodied expression. Mushrooms is the most natural pairing with Pinot Noir, and we'll be serving a delicious wild mushroom and potato pave with Pinot Noir reduction and herb oil with the wines.
Dani Morris, wine educator for Southern Glazier's Wine and Spirits will be guiding us through the tasting.
