Rougie Duck Leg Confit
Duck legs seasoned and slowly cooked in duck fat. Rougie Duck confit comes as two legs in a shelf stable can. Does not require overnight shipping!
Perfect for Cassoulet; great with salad or serve warm with side dishes such as celery root and potato puree and steamed asparagus. To heat, just place legs in a frying pan fat side down and cook until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Turn over just to heat through.
