Not quite goose foie gras, this extra fatty goose liver has a much higher fat content than fatty goose liver. Produced from geese raised free range and all natural, (without force feeding) these goose livers are about three times larger than a standard goose liver and lighter in color. The extra fat gives the goose liver a rich and buttery texture, similar to goose foie gras. Suitable for searing.
Use similarly to goose foie gras or duck foie gras. This product makes a rich and creamy goose liver pate or terrine, or can be seared in a skillet similarly to foie gras.
Last up to six months in the freezer. Ships frozen.
