Goose foie gras cooked "mi-cuit" with black truffles in the center of the loaf. This premium goose foie gras product consists of large select pieces of whole goose foie gras combined with emulsified goose foie gras. The result is a rich and creamy terrine-like loaf. Absolutely delicious! Product of France. Strict FDA guidelines have made it difficult and impractical to have French goose foie gras imported to the United States, therefore most foie gras producers have not renewed their import licenses. We will be offering this product while supplies last.
