Flash frozen Hudson Valley foie gras (grade A) portioned into thirty two 2-oz pieces. Each piece is individually shrink wrapped and comes in a resealable plastic bag allowing usage on an as-needed basis. This is our best selling product! Hudson Valley Foie Gras raises their ducks cage free and individually hand-feed the ducks with special care.

Flash Frozen portioned foie gras is Ideal for searing. Serve with braised fennel and cracked black pepper caramel sauce, sour cherry wine reduction, or any one of the hundreds of ways to enjoy foie gras.

Lasts up to 2 years in the freezer if returned to the freezer immediately upon receipt. Overnight shipping is recommended if returning to the freezer. Product will likely arrive partially thawed if shipped overnight and totally thawed if shipped 2-day. Product can also be refrigerated and used within one week to ten days.
