This basket contains two shelf stable cans of Rougie foie gras: a 5.1 oz block of duck foie gras with Port wine and truffles and a 4.8 oz block of duck foie gras with Armagnac and an 3 oz jar of Bar le Duc's precious Red Currant preserves. The currants in Bar le Duc Preserves are seeded by hand with a goose quill and left whole in the currant syrup.
