This basket is the perfect gift for any occasion. Contains two wonderful fresh prepared Rougie foie gras products: a 6.34 oz block of duck foie gras and an 8.8 whole duck foie gras torchon style. The block is a combination of emulsified foie gras and 30% large pieces of foie gras seasoned with Armagnac. The torchon is whole duck foie gras, seasoned with port wine, salt, sugar and white pepper. Both are delicious!
