Foie Gras Duo and Trio Gift Basket

This basket contains two wonderful fresh prepared Rougie foie gras products: a 6.34 oz block of duck foie gras and an 8.8 oz whole duck foie gras torchon style and three fabulous condiments, perfect for pairing with foie gras; Fig and Walnut Confit, Williams Pear with White Wine Confit, and Plum Confit with Alsace Wine and Cumin.

The block is a combination of emulsified foie gras and 30% large pieces of foie gras seasoned with Armagnac. The torchon is whole duck foie gras, seasoned with port wine, salt, sugar and white pepper.

Ships FedEx Overnight or 2-day. Shelf life on the products is 6 months minimum, refrigerated.
