Flash-Frozen Portioned Foie Gras

Select "A" grade Hudson Valley Foie Gras pre-weighed portions placed four to a board for convenient use. Thaw slightly and then sear quickly on both sides for an easy success in the kitchen.

Ideal for searing. Serve with braised fennel and cracked black pepper caramel sauce, sour cherry wine reduction, or any one of the hundreds of ways to enjoy foie gras.

Lasts up to 6 months in the freezer if returned to the freezer immediately upon receipt. Overnight shipping is recommended if returning to the freezer. Product will likely arrive partially thawed if shipped overnight and totally thawed if shipped 2-day. Product can also be refrigerated and used within one week to ten days.
