Specialty Duck Farm is a small farm in southern Tennessee that is solely focused on breeding Moulard ducks to produce fine quality Foie Gras. The ducks are fed a corn and soy diet and are not injected with antibiotics or hormones. The result is high quality, silky foie gras with superb flavor.
Slice and sear, braise, or use this top quality foie gras to make a terrine or torchon.
This fresh, never frozen, foie gras should be used within a week to 10 days of receipt.
