This Pate de Foie Gras mousse is silky, creamy and absolutely delicious! Made by Hudson Valley Foie Gras with 100% pure duck foie gras flavored with Sauternes wine. Larger size is perfect for entertaining. Comes in a rectangular mold.

Pate de Foie Gras is wonderful on crostini, baguette, or crackers or as a filling for fresh figs. Delicious cold or served at room temperature. Because this pate de foie gras is whipped, its texture is consistent throughout, and is easy to spread.

Pate de Foie Gras lasts up to four weeks in the refrigerator.
