Merguez Sausage

Merguez is spicy Mediterranean/Moroccan lamb & beef sausage. Wonderful as a breakfast sausage, or with couscous or ratatouille. This merguez, produced by Fabrique Delices is one of the best on the market!

Wonderful as a breakfast sausage, with couscous or ratatouille, or served on a fresh baguette with brie cheese. Cook merguez in a pan on medium high heat just until browned. Do not let the juices escape! This sausage cooks in only about 5 - 7 minutes.

Lasts 1 week in refrigerator once thawed. This product is shipped frozen, do not re-freeze.
