Terre Exotique's Fleur de Sel a la Truffe has small pieces of white Italian truffles mixed with crystals of fleur de sel from Madagascar. Absolutely heavenly! Contains 96% fleur de sel, 3% whilte Italian truffles, and 1% natural aroma.
Use as a finishing salt with eggs, pasta, fish, meat, foie gras or vegetables. Try a sprinkle on fresh goat cheese for a real taste sensation.
