Foie Gras

Fabrique Delices also produces an excellent boudin noir and boudin blanc, saucisse de Toulouse, and an authentic andouillette, among others. New products include rabbit sausage with prunes, venison sausage with cranberries, and wild boar sausage with apples and cranberries.
