Perigord Black Truffle Pearls
These pearls are 98% black winter truffle juice (Tuber Melanosporum). The pearls look like caviar, but taste like Perigord black truffles.
The pearls can be used to garnish seafood such as scallops, lobster, or Chilean sea bass; pasta or potatoes; or appetizers. Adds additional black truffle flavor and visual appeal to any dish using fresh Perigord truffles. The uses are almost unlimited!
