Laurel Pine, Living Luxury began as “Mirepoix USA” a company I formed in 2004, based on my passion for preparing and enjoying delicious foods from around the world.
The company began with a focus on foie gras, French charcuterie, caviar and truffles. Over the years, we've expanded the product line to include a large selection of luxurious gourmet foods, including Wagyu beef, Iberico ham, gourmet cheese selections and gift baskets. In 2012 we began offering sumptuous food tasting events and unique food and wine tours to top culinary hotspots such as Italy, Spain and France.
Our mission is to connect people with delicious, hard-to-find specialty foods and unforgettable culinary experiences, guiding and inspiring people to enjoy a passionate and full life through quality foods that are luxurious and soul-satisfying.
My philosophy and greatest gifts are reflected in my company mission, and I live and breathe this purpose every day. In addition to providing gourmet foods to clients all over the country though this online store, we also have a physical location in Reno, Nevada where we offer weekly curated food, wine, and spirits tastings and five course dinners featuring our luxury food products (link to The Flavor Studio website). With a full commercial kitchen onsite, we offer luxury catering services to private clients and have a caviar packing facility where we exclusively pack and fulfill Black River Caviar orders to the US market and beyond.
