The olive oil is made from cold-pressed Taggiasca olives grown 200-500 meters above sea level along the Ligurean coast in Italy. Intense and vivacious character with strong fruity flavor, full-bodied, and smooth appearance. Natural extra virgin oil enhanced with lemons, blood oranges and basil during pressing, traditionally processed by hand.
