The company uses 100% pure-breed Iberico pigs that spend their lives wandering in a natural forest environment, eating acorns. The ham is aged more than 36 months with natural curing. 100% natural, Nitrate free.

Open plate 30-60 minutes before serving so that it is at room temperature and you can appreciate all its flavor and aromatic qualities.
