Ordering & Shipping

Thank you for your interest in our French foods, gourmet gift baskets and gourmet foods. If you need help selecting, storing, or preparing products, please contact us by phone or email. We would be delighted to help.

If you don’t see the product you want on our site, please let us know and we will try to find it for you.

Orders placed in the morning, usually ship same day; however, a future delivery date can be selected on our checkout page.

Perishable products are shipped using Fedex overnight or Fedex 2nd day air (Note that 2nd day air is only available for select products, during select months in select locations). Perishable products are packed with gel ice in an insulated box.

If order contains only dry goods, the product will be shipped by UPS ground, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx ground for a low flat fee charge. Dry goods are generally shipped separately from perishable items.

We do not ship product outside of the United States; however, orders may be placed from outside the United States. Please call us for assistance.

Shipping charges are based on one shipping destination. Signature is not required for delivery. If nobody is there when the package is delivered, the box will be left at the door. Product cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

Ordering Information

Product orders are placed online. The shopping cart is secure and SSL encrypted (scrambled). Because orders are immediately sent to the appropriate suppliers, online ordering is the most efficient and expeditious method. If your order includes items from more than one of our suppliers, the product from each supplier will be shipped separately. Out of stock items are visible in the catalog but cannot be added to the cart (hence avoiding accidental ordering of unavailable items).

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card only. We do not accept checks or money orders. Your credit card will be charged upon ordering.

Shipping Time Frame

Orders placed by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) will generally ship the day the order is received, but all orders may take up to three business days to ship. Orders placed as late as 3:00 EST may still ship same day. Orders will be shipped Monday – Friday only, and will not be shipped on holidays. Please plan ahead when ordering products. Same day shipping is not guaranteed.

Address Correction

If a package is undeliverable because you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address during the registration or checkout process, we may attempt to find the correct address and try to complete the delivery. If this occurs, Laurel Pine, Living Luxury will assess a special handling fee of $10 per address correction, and will reserve the right to charge that amount to your credit card. You authorize Laurel Pine, Living Luxury to make and collect such charge. Please double-check addresses during checkout to avoid delays and extra fees.

In the event an incorrect or incomplete address is provided to us and the shipped product spoils as a result of the delay, Laurel Pine, Living Luxury will not be liable, and a refund will not be awarded.

Order Errors

The customer is responsible for correctly entering orders online. Laurel Pine, Living Luxury is not responsible for customer mistakes during ordering, and will not bear financial responsibility for such errors. Examples include but are not limited to typing errors, transposing addresses, swapping shipping and billing addresses, selecting the wrong items, selecting the wrong number of items, etc. Please double-check all information before you submit your order. Once the order is placed, it may not be cancelled.

Guarantee, Cancellations and Returns

Products are guaranteed to arrive in good order. Please notify us by email within 24 hours if the product is spoiled or damaged in shipping. We will mail shipping instructions and a return authorization number and instructions.

Prices and Inaccuracies on Website

Product prices are subject to change without notice. Information displayed on enjoyfoiegras.com may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that relate to product descriptions and pricing. Though we regret any such inaccuracies or misstatements, Laurel Pine, Living Luxury is not responsible and reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice, and to refuse or cancel any order that includes any product listed at the incorrect price.
