Perigord Black Truffle Pearls
These pearls are 98% black winter truffle juice (Tuber Melanosporum). The pearls look like caviar, but taste like Perigord black truffles.
The pearls can be used to garnish seafood such as scallops, lobster, or Chilean sea bass; pasta or potatoes; or appetizers. The uses are almost unlimited!
Store in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
